Für einen exklusiven Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden HENSOLDT in Ulm suchen wir Sie als Projektverantwortliche/n (m/w/d) im Bereich Produktvarianten - und Konfigurationsmanagement

AUFGABEN

• Verantwortung und Gestaltung von Produktstrukturen und Definition der Produktvarianten in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Programm
• Teilnahme an Reviews und Audits
• Planung, Bearbeitung, Abstimmung und Verfolgung von Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement
• Planung, Bearbeitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Änderungen
• Moderation und Organisation von Änderungs- u. Releaseboards
• Bildung von Baselines und Erstellung von technischen Datenpaketen
• Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen
• Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: vergleichbare Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder Wirtschaftsingenieur mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
• Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und Produktionsprozessen vorteilhaft
• IT Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) und Serena Business Manager/Dimensions vorteilhaft
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der Luftfahrttechnik (Verfahren und Standards) von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Konfigurationsmanagement sowie den verschiedenen CM Standards (z.B. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.) vorteilhaft
• Erfahrung in Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und Produktionsprozessen vorteilhaft
• Fähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz zur Umsetzung bzw. Einführung von CM Vorgaben
• Fertigkeit, Präsentationen durchzuführen

TASKS

• Responsibility and design of product structures and definition of product variants in coordination with development and program
• Participate in reviews and audits
• Planning, processing, coordination and tracking of product variant and configuration management
• Planning, processing and implementing internal and external changes
• Moderation and organization of change and release boards
• Formation of baselines and creation of technical data packages
• Ensuring cross-site application of the configuration process
• Creation of evaluations and status displays
• Participation in internal and external international project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: comparable qualification at least Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering at least Bachelor's degree
• Language skills: German at least business fluent English at least business fluent
• Professional experience: Experience in software configuration management and production processes advantageous
• IT: knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager/Dimensions is an advantage
• Knowledge of aeronautical engineering (procedures and standards) is an advantage
• Experience in project management, configuration management and the various CM standards (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.) is an advantage
• Experience in software configuration management and production processes advantageous
• Ability and social skills to implement or introduce CM specifications
• Ability to conduct presentations
