Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Manching suchen wir Sie als Frontend Developer (d/m/w).

AUFGABEN

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung im gesamten Software Development Life Cycle für das Thema Frontend
• Abstimmung von Projektvision, Strategie, Geschäftsziele und KPI mit dem Produktserviceteam
• Überprüfung von Hypothesen des Projekts, Abbildung der aktuellen Prozesse und Definition der Problemstellung
• Unterstützung des Produkt Verantwortlichen, den Bedarf der Endbenutzer mittels User Research zu verstehen
• Erstellung und Vervollständigung der UX-Dokumentation als Ergebnisse, z. B.: Personas, User Journey Maps, Sitemaps, Wireframes usw
• Ideenfindung, Identifikation der besten Lösungen zusammen mit Nutzern und dem Produktteam
• Sicherstellung der Errreichung der Geschäftsziele bei gleichzeitiger Befriedigung der Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen von Benutzern und Kunden
• Transformierung von Konzepten in greifbare und verständliche Lösungen
• Darstellung des Projektaufwands des Entwicklungsteams und dadurch Reduktion des Risikos der Entwicklung
• Entwicklung von qualitativ hochwertigen iterativen UX- und UI-Lösungen sowohl in einer kollaborativen Teamumgebung als auch in unabhängiger Arbeit
• Konzipierung und Entwurf von Prototypen und Modellen von Benutzeroberflächen und Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams mit Endnutzerbedürfnissen und -wünschen, sowie Designdetails, Bildschirm Darstellungen und Backlog-Priorisierung
• Einsatz für bewährte Designpraktiken und die Einführung neuer Technologien
• Erstellung von Mockups und Erarbeitung von Designvorgaben
• Projektmanagement und Planung von Sprints in Confluence und Jira
• Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Konsolidierung und Verwaltung aller frontend-spezifischen Anforderungen aus von uns vertriebenen Anwendungen
• Ausgestaltung von Best Practices und Unterstützung anderer Entwickler zum Thema Frontend (in Ihren Anwendungen)
• Unterstützung bei der Migration von Applikationen (Vaadin zu Angular)
• Entwicklung von Frontends in Angular

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: Informatik oder abgeschlossenes Studium im User Experience Design oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
• Berufserfahrung: IT / Informationssysteme
• Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit Angular und Typescript: Architektur, Modularisierung, Direktiven, Pipes, Routen, Cache/Statemanagement und Konzepten der losen Kopplung ist ein Muss
• Erfahrung aus der täglichen Arbeit mit: REST, GIT, Confluence/Jira, npm, Node.js, HTML/CSS/SCSS, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Nexus, Docker, Keycloak, nginx) ist erforderlich
• Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit Angular und Typescript ist notwendig
• Erfahrung zu den Schnittstellen zum Frontend (z.B. Backend Rest-API, OAuth/OpenID-Connect) ist notwendig
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

We are looking for you as a Frontend Developer (m/f/d) for a project with our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Manching.

TASKS

• Holistic responsibility for the entire software development life cycle for the frontend topic
• Coordination of project vision, strategy, business goals and KPIs with the product service team
• Checking project hypotheses, mapping the current processes and defining the problem
• Supporting the product manager in understanding the needs of end users through user research
• Creating and completing the UX documentation as results, e.g. E.g.: Personas, user journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes, etc.
• Idea generation, identification of the best solutions together with users and the product team
• Ensuring that business goals are achieved while satisfying the needs and expectations of users and customers
• Transforming concepts into tangible and understandable solutions
• Presentation of the development team's project effort and thereby reducing the risk of development
• Development of high-quality iterative UX and UI solutions both in a collaborative team environment and in independent work
• Conception and design of prototypes and models of user interfaces and support of the development team with end user needs and wishes, as well as design details, screen representations and backlog prioritization
• Commitment to best design practices and the introduction of new technologies
• Creation of mockups and development of design specifications
• Project management and planning of sprints in Confluence and Jira
• Documentation of results
• Consolidation and management of all frontend-specific requirements from applications we sell
• Development of best practices and support for other developers on the subject of frontend (in your applications)
• Support in the migration of applications (Vaadin to Angular)
• Development of frontends in Angular

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: Computer science or completed studies in user experience design or comparable experience
• Professional experience: IT / information systems
• Advanced experience with Angular and Typescript: architecture, modularization, directives, pipes, routes, cache/state management and concepts of loose coupling is a must
• Experience from daily work with: REST, GIT, Confluence/Jira, npm, Node.js, HTML/CSS/SCSS, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Nexus, Docker, Keycloak, nginx) is required
• Advanced experience with Angular and Typescript is necessary
• Experience with the interfaces to the frontend (e.g. backend Rest API, OAuth/OpenID-Connect) is necessary
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least business fluent
