AUFGABEN

• Verantwortung für die Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme der Software von Systemen in Projekten im Umfeld von Funk- und IT-Systemen sowohl remote als auch beim Kunden vor Ort
• Unterstützung und Überwachung der am Aufbau beteiligten Lieferanten und Unterauftragnehmer, um die Inbetriebnahme aller Teilkomponenten zu einem funktionierenden Gesamtsystem sicherzustellen
• Durchführung von Fehlererkennungsmaßnahmen, Reparaturen, Wartungsarbeiten und Netzintegrationen durch
• Pflege von Ergebnissen von Integrationstests und Kompabilitäts- und Systemprüfungen in die Projektdokumentation bzw. die Rollout-Tools

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Berufsausbildung als Elektriker/in oder Fachinformatiker/-in oder IT-Systemelektroniker/-in oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Data Center, Systemrollout oder Kundenservice oder ähnlich
• Erfahrung in On-Site Konfiguration, Integration & Migration beim Kunden oder remote
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Tools Jira & Confluence
• Technische Kenntnisse der Funktionsweise und Anwendung von ITSystemen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Linux Betriebssystemen
• Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von IT-Komponenten, wie Server, Router, Firewalls und Switches
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. versiert

TASKS

• Responsibility for the installation, integration and commissioning of the software of systems in projects in the field of radio and IT systems, both remotely and on-site at the customer’s site
• Support and monitoring of the suppliers and subcontractors involved in the setup to ensure the commissioning of all subcomponents into a functioning overall system
• Carrying out error detection measures, repairs, maintenance work and network integrations by

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational training as an electrician or IT specialist or IT system electronics engineer or comparable
• Professional experience in the areas of telecommunications, data center, system rollout or customer service or similar
• Experience in on-site configuration, integration & migration at the customer's site or remotely
• Experience in using the Jira & Confluence tools
• Technical knowledge of how IT systems work and how they are used
• Confident use of Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of configuring IT components such as servers, routers, firewalls and switches
• Language skills: at least business-fluent in German, at least proficient in English
