Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Immenstaad am Bodensee suchen wir Sie als Configuration Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Ground Support Systems.

AUFGABEN

• Sicherstellung einer kohärenten Produktkonfiguration (Anforderung, Entwicklung, Produktion) während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Produktes durch die Erstellung und Umsetzung von KM und SW-KM-Regeln und -Prozessen
• Die Tätigkeit umfasst die Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Ground Support Systems & Services Programm-Bereich als Konfigurationsmanager in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektteams
• Konsolidierte und kohärente Produktinformationen und Auslieferung sowie Vereinbarkeit nach Anforderung, Entwicklung, Produktion während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Produkts durch eingefrorene Baselines und Statusreports
• Aufstellung und Umsetzung des Konfigurationmanagement (KM)-Plans und der Bedienung des PLM Tools für die Produktkonfiguration sowie Validierung der KM-Pläne der Zulieferer und Partner
• Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung der KM und SW-KM Aktivitäten für nationale und internationale Projektaktivitäten
• Definition und Festlegung von KM Schnittstellen (intern und extern)
• Sicherstellung von Erfassung, Herausgabe, Lagerung und Zugang zu Produkt- & Projektdaten, Zeichnungssätzen, Unterlagen sowie SW-Daten
• Interne und externe Kontrolle der Änderungen von Produktinformationen und Durchführung von Releaseboards und Change-Control-Boards
• Bereitstellung kohärenter Produktinformationen über Baselines (K-Stand) und KM-Reports (to-build/asbuilt)
• Durchführung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Audits, Überprüfung der Compliance des Designs und den Eigenschaften des hergestellten Produkts mit den vertraglichen und behördlichen Vorschriften
• Durchführung von Messgrößenanalysen und Bereitstellung der Ergebnisse und kritischen Trends

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Wirtschaftsingenieuwesen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konfigurationmanagement (KM) sowie SW-KM Kenntnisse 
• Erfahrung in militärischen Projekten von Vorteil
• IT: SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen - Kenntnisse in SAP PLM/Windchill PLM von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

TASKS

• Ensuring a coherent product configuration (requirements, development, production) throughout the entire life cycle of the product by creating and implementing KM and SW-KM rules and processes
• The activity includes handling national and international projects in the Ground Support Systems & Services program area as a configuration manager in close cooperation with the project teams
• Consolidated and coherent product information and delivery as well as compatibility according to requirements, development, production throughout the entire life cycle of the product through frozen baselines and status reports
• Setting up and implementing the configuration management (KM) plan and operating the PLM tool for product configuration as well as validating the KM plans of suppliers and partners
• Planning, controlling and implementing KM and SW-KM activities for national and international project activities
• Definition and definition of KM interfaces (internal and external)
• Ensuring the collection, publication, storage and access to product and project data, drawing sets, documents and SW data
• Internal and external control of changes to product information and implementation of release boards and change control boards
• Provision of coherent product information via baselines (K-Stand) and KM reports (to-build/asbuilt)
• Conducting configuration management audits, verifying the compliance of the design and characteristics of the manufactured product with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Conduct metrics analysis and provide results and critical trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: comparable qualification or computer science or engineering or aerospace or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in configuration management (KM) as well as SW-KM knowledge
• Experience in military projects is an advantage
• IT: SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions - knowledge of SAP PLM/Windchill PLM an advantage
• Language skills German at least business fluent, English at least business fluent
