Für einen exklusiven Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Ulm suchen wir Sie als SAFe Scrum Product Owner (w/m/d) für den Bereich Secure Mobile Communication.

AUFGABEN

Im Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organisierten Programm konzipiert Airbus kundenspezifische Gesamtsystemlösungen mit Mobilfunkdiensten für sichere, missionskritische Kollaboration auf Basis TETRA/TETRAPOL, LTE/5G und hybriden Netzen (TETRA/Breitband) einschließlich deren Integration in bestehende Netze.
Sie sind als SAFe Scrum Product Owner Secure Mobile Communication Network & Services tätig und sind für die Definition, Priorisierung und Auslieferung von Funktionalitäten des "Produkts", d.h. der kundenspezifischen (Teil-)Systemlösung, verantwortlich:

• Konzipieren kundenspezifischer Ende-zu-Ende-Lösungen aus verschiedenen Anwendungen für Kommunikation/Kollaboration (einschließlich Verschlüsselungen), taktisch-operatives Management, Nutzerverwaltung oder IT-/Netz-Management in sicherheitskritischen Mobilfunknetzen, insbesondere landesweiten Netzen, auf Basis von TETRA und LTE/5G (3GPP/ETSI Mission Critical Services)
• Identifizieren systemtechnischer Abhängigkeiten sowie Klärung technischer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams anderer Teilsysteme wie z.B. Data Center
• Virtualisierung / IT-Vernetzung / Cyber-Security, mit den Entwicklungsbereichen und mit Unterauftragnehmern, sowie natürlich dem Kunden
• Spezifikation der nahtlosen Integration von Einzelkomponenten zu einer kohärenten Gesamtlösung sowie die Integration der Lösung in die IT-Umgebungen der Kunden mit entsprechender Robustheit, Leistungsfähigkeit sowie IT-Sicherheit
• Erstellung von innovativen Konzepten und Definition technischer Weiterentwicklungen entsprechend der Kundenbedürfnisse in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Unterstützung der Bereiche Marketing/Vertrieb und Bid Management in den Phasen Pre- Sales, Angebot, Projektabwicklung sowie technische Kundenpräsentationen und ggf. Übernahme der technischen Steuerung von Unterauftragnehmern
• Mitgestaltung moderner, agiler Arbeitsmethoden im Team, zukünftig ggf. als SAFe Product Owner, Scrum Master oder Scrum System Architect

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium der Informatik oder ein technisches Studium oder der Kommunikationstechnik/Nachrichtentechnik oder der Systemtechnik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAFe/Scrum Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle ist Voraussetzung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Mobilfunk, idealerweise für öffentliche Sicherheit ist notwendig
• Fundierte Kenntnisse mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum sind Voraussetzung
• Erfahrung mit Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ist von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

TASKS

In the program organized by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Airbus designs customer-specific overall system solutions with mobile communications services for secure, mission-critical collaboration based on TETRA/TETRAPOL, LTE/5G and hybrid networks (TETRA/broadband), including their integration into existing networks.
You work as a SAFe Scrum Product Owner Secure Mobile Communication Network & Services and are responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering functionalities of the "product", i.e. the customer-specific (sub-)system solution:

• Designing customer-specific end-to-end solutions from various applications for communication/collaboration (including encryption), tactical-operational management, user administration or IT/network management in safety-critical mobile networks, especially nationwide networks, based on TETRA and LTE/5G (3GPP/ETSI Mission Critical Services)
• Identifying system-technical dependencies and clarifying technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams of other subsystems such as data centers
• Virtualization / IT networking / cyber security, with the development areas and with subcontractors, and of course the customer
• Specifying the seamless integration of individual components into a coherent overall solution and integrating the solution into the IT environments of the Customers with the appropriate robustness, performance and IT security
• Creation of innovative concepts and definition of technical developments in line with customer needs in an international environment
• Support of the marketing/sales and bid management areas in the pre-sales, offer, project processing and technical customer presentations phases and, if necessary, taking over the technical control of subcontractors
• Help shape modern, agile working methods in the team, possibly in the future as a SAFe Product Owner, Scrum Master or Scrum System Architect

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in computer science or a technical degree or in communications technology/communications engineering or systems engineering
• Several years of experience as a SAFe/Scrum Product Owner or in a similar role is a prerequisite
• Experience in the field of mobile communications, ideally for public safety is necessary
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum, is a prerequisite
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an advantage
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least business fluent
