Für ein Projekt bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Donauwörth suchen wir Sie als Entwicklungsingenieur/in im Bereich Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik. (auch in Teilzeit möglich)

AUFGABE

  • Die Mission dieser Abteilung besteht in der Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Serienbetreuung und Sicherstellung der Flugsicherheit der Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik von Hubschraubern.
  • Konstruktive Betreuung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Gewicht, Kosten, Zertifizierung, Fertigungs- und Wartbarkeitsaspekten
  • Konzeption, Detailkonstruktion und Integration der Systeme und Komponenten der Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik in CATIA V5
  • Anwendung hauptsächlich metallischer Werkstoffe für die Konstruktion der Kinematik der Flugsteuerung, anwenden detaillierter Kenntnisse metallischer Werkstoffe, Fertigungsverfahren und Oberflächenbehandlung
  • Integration der Systeme der Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik in den Hubschrauber, Abstimmung der entsprechenden Schnittstellen
  • Durchführung von Zusammenbau- und Integrationsstudien, Erstellen von Detailkonstruktionen und Bauunterlagen in CATIA V5 & VPM
  • Kinematik-Analysen bezüglich Steuerwegen, Toleranzen und Rigging in CATIA V5
  • Freigabe von Bauunterlagen und Dokumenten in SAP bzw. Windchill
  • Beitrag zur Erstellung der Dokumentation für Auslegung und Konstruktion sowie der Unterlagen für Qualifikation und Zertifizierung sowie zur Erstellung von Wartungskonzepten und der Wartungsdokumentation
  • Änderung vorhandener Konstruktions-/Fertigungsunterlagen sowie Dokumente zur Umsetzung von Produktverbesserungen und Behandlung von Obsoleszenzen
  • Beitrag zur Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Airframe, Avionik, Autopilot, Flugphysik, Statiknachweis/Lasten, Endmontage, Kundenbetreuung, Flugversuch
  • Aktive Unterstützung des internationalen Arbeitsumfelds mit enger deutsch-französischer Zusammenarbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen, französischen und internationalen Zulieferern zur Entwicklung, Qualifikation, Test, Serienbetreuung, Obsoleszenzbeseitigung und zum Erhalt der Flugsicherheit

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Studium des Ingenieurwesen oder des Maschinenbaus
  • Berufserfahrung im Engineering
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Catia V5, VPM
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. versiert

TASK

  • The mission of this department is to design, develop, support series production and ensure the flight safety of the flight control, hydraulics and actuators of helicopters.
  • Design support for the entire product life cycle, taking into account function, weight, costs, certification, manufacturing and maintainability aspects
  • Conception, detailed design and integration of the systems and components of the flight control, hydraulics and actuators in CATIA V5
  • Application of mainly metallic materials for the design of the kinematics of the flight control, applying detailed knowledge of metallic materials, manufacturing processes and surface treatment
  • Integration of the systems of the flight control, hydraulics and actuators in the helicopter, coordination of the corresponding interfaces
  • Carrying out assembly and integration studies, creating detailed designs and construction documents in CATIA V5 & VPM
  • Kinematic analyses regarding control paths, tolerances and rigging in CATIA V5
  • Release of construction documents and documents in SAP or Windchill
  • Contribution to the creation of the documentation for design and construction as well as the documents for qualification and certification as well as the creation of maintenance concepts and maintenance documentation
  • Modification of existing design/production documents as well as documents for Implementation of product improvements and treatment of obsolescence
  • Contribution to maintaining airworthiness
  • Close cooperation with architects, airframe, avionics, autopilot, flight physics, statics/loads, final assembly, customer service, flight testing
  • Active support of the international working environment with close German-French cooperation
  • Cooperation with German, French and international suppliers for development, qualification, testing, series support, obsolescence elimination and maintaining flight safety

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Study of engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Professional experience in engineering
  • IT knowledge: Catia V5, VPM
  • Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least proficient
