For a project at our well-known, international customer in Manching, we are looking for you as a Manufacturing Engineering (f/m/d).

TASKS
The main workload of this job position is on Manching but Wunstorf and Langehagen support activities are also included. These activities are enclosed within a big organization covering all retrofit sites (Seville, Turkey, Getafe, Manching) and maintenance slots. INNOVATION and digitalization: as business strategy, collaborate and support with Performance and Improvement and Innovation teams, deploying in the shop floor technological changes.
You work as an A400M Retrofit and MRO Manufacturing Engineering (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:
Technical Support:
At the beginning of your journey your focus will be on:
- Responsible of technical support of the A/C events
- Technical focal point with AMTAC/Engineering and CAMO
- Service Request creation and follow up
- Industrial impact/feasibility analysis of the repair/technical solutions
- Technical concurrence with Engineering for repair processes
- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office
- Lead future-oriented projects
Industrialization:
At the beginning of your journey your focus will be on:
- Responsible of industrialization and support to prepare the incoming A/C events to ensure a good transfer when A/C event starts.
- Creation and maintenance neutral plan in the systems: structure, routes, work orders
- Stablish Configuration Control methodology
- Stablish Neutral Build Process for Retrofit, Maintenance and Upgrades
- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management officeLead future-oriented projects

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or aerospace engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or mechanical engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree).
- Good experience in aircraft maintenance and technical support is required.
- Ideally, knowledge of the A400M aircraft is available.
- Solid Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering knowledge is necessary.
- Experience working in an international environment/team will be a plus.
- IT skills: MS Office. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus. Knowledge of A400M tools (OPAL, DOGS, AIRN@V) is desirable.
- Language skills: English at least fluent. German knowledge is an advantage.
