Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Immenstaad am Bodensee suchen wir Sie als Junior Qualitätssicherungsingenieur/in.

AUFGABEN

Für die Produktion in der Metallwerkstatt wird Unterstüzung gesucht, zur Sicherstellung der Qualität aller Produkte in diesem Bereich. Die Spanne reicht von Prototypen für Neukunden bis zu Serienprodukten wie den A400M.
Die Betreuung des A400M Projekts beträgt in Summe ca 30%, zudem fallen noch andere Aufträge für Defence-Kunden an; Raumfahrtteile sind in der Minderheit.
Sie sind als Junior Quality Assurance Engineer(d/m/w) tätig. Das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

• Sicherstellung der Lieferqualität für die A400M SEE Produktion
• Qualitätsplanung (Freigabe Fertigungsaufträge, Erstellung von
• Prüfdokumenten bzw. Vorlagen) für alle Produkte
• Qualitätsprüfung: Prüfung und Freigabe in der SEE-Serienfertigung (Abnahme der SEE, Endprüfung Fertigungsaufträge)
• Dokumentation, Prüfung und Freigabe von Reparaturen an bereits ausgelieferten SEE
• Zuarbeit bei Anfragen vom Kunden Airbus Spanien
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Q-Meldungen für alle Produkte
• Begleitung von Audits (internes Audit, LBA-Audit, NADCAP-Audit)
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Projektdokumenten
• Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen (Form1, CoC, Yellow Tags)
• WE-Prüfung und Freigabe von Nicht-Standard-Teilen (Zeichnungsteilen)First Article Inspection bei neuen Produkten
• Zu den Werkstattspezifischen Aufgaben kommen noch folgende Aufgaben in der Abteilung T1QSMG hinzu:
• Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen
• Unterstützung bei der Reduktion der CNQ durch Anwendung von PPS

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: technisches Studium (mind. Techniker-in/ Fachwirt-in) oder Studium idealerweise mit Qualityfokus
• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Luft- und Raumfahrt, Qualitätssicherung
• Erfahrung im Inspektionsbereich ist zwingend erforderlich
• IT: MS-Office, SAP
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher, Spanischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

TASKS

We are looking for support for production in the metal workshop to ensure the quality of all products in this area. The range extends from prototypes for new customers to series products such as the A400M.

The support of the A400M project accounts for around 30% in total, and there are also other orders for defense customers; space parts are in the minority.

You will work as a junior quality assurance engineer (m/f/d). The area of ??responsibility is divided in detail as follows:

• Ensuring delivery quality for A400M SEE production
• Quality planning (approval of production orders, creation of
• test documents or templates) for all products
• Quality testing: testing and approval in SEE series production (acceptance of SEE, final inspection of production orders)
• Documentation, testing and approval of repairs to SEE that have already been delivered
• Support with inquiries from the customer Airbus Spain
• Creation and processing of Q reports for all products
• Support with audits (internal audit, LBA audit, NADCAP audit)
• Collaboration in the creation, testing and approval of project documents
• Issuing of certificates (Form1, CoC, Yellow Tags)
• WE testing and approval of non-standard parts (drawing parts)First Article Inspection for new products
• In addition to the workshop-specific tasks, the department also has the following tasks T1QSMG added:
• Participation in team meetings
• Support in reducing the CNQ through the use of PPS

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: technical studies (at least technician/business administrator) or studies ideally with a focus on quality
• Professional experience in the areas of aerospace, quality assurance
• Experience in the inspection area is mandatory
• IT: MS Office, SAP
• Language skills: at least business-fluent German, at least business-fluent English, knowledge of Spanish is desirable
