We have been an established partner of the international aerospace industry for decades. At the same time, we are also active in many other areas of leading high-tech companies, including defense.

Our long-term corporate strategy is aimed equally at the satisfaction of our employees and our customers. We would therefore be pleased to welcome you to our highly qualified team at HESYS in the future.

For a project with our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Donauwörth, we are looking for you as an Engineer for Helicopter Maintenance Solutions and logstic support analysis (LSA).

.

TASK

Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) engineers work with a structured approach that identifies all available data and pre-plans all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS). The LSA proposes the most efficient maintenance solutions that maximize helicopter availability while minimizing maintenance costs.

All aircraft support requirements such as personnel, spare parts selection and availability, ground support equipment, regulatory compliance and even customer specific ones
Conditions, e.g. during flight missions, are checked, questioned and centralized in an LSA database. All technical data is linked in this database with the aim of making recommendations and enabling the implementation of improvements throughout the entire logistics process.

The LSA remains the essential pillar for all logistics products and services submitted and formalized in all ILS disciplines such as TechData (Issuance of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) or Training. You will play a special role in helicopter programs/versions and in the development of this discipline and its digitalization.

This activity will allow you to acquire strong knowledge in all systems installed in the aircraft (such as hydraulics, avionics, engines, autopilot...) and different disciplines of maintenance related to customer needs.

In close collaboration with the design department (Chief Engineering, System Design Responsible, Maintainability Teams, Safety Teams), you will take on the following tasks (also possible PART-TIME):

- Define and coordinate collaboration with engineering in the early development phase to understand both the planned design and the impact on S&S performance and to positively influence the design accordingly

- Provide maintenance requirements using experience and technical expertise and review design against customer expectations

- Develop cost-effective maintenance programs in accordance with regulations to ensure type certification

- Ensuring regular revision of the maintenance program, taking into account operational experience and contributing to the reduction of direct maintenance costs

- Carrying out the LSA analysis, especially LORA (Level of Repair Analysis) and MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis)

- Definition of technical criteria for maintenance tasks and proposal of optimized procedural guidelines

- Definition and proposal of an optimized spare parts list based on a compromise between technical, economic and experiential criteria

- Coordination of the interface to the illustrated parts catalog (IPC)

- Ensuring end-to-end traceability from source document to ICA delivery to ensure certification objectives and requirements

- Ensuring that the various information required is well shared and coordinated with the various ILS stakeholders (including ILS team, TechData team, Training & Simulation and IPL team)

- Contribute to the further development and transformation of the LSA role through the introduction of new methods (e.g. 3000L), digitization programs (DDMS) and 3D software.

.

or the maintainability of mechanical or electrical systems or comparable
