Für ein Projekt bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Manching suchen wir Sie im PM & Controlling Facility Management (d/m/w).

AUFGABE

Schwerpunkt der Abteilung: Vertretung der FMRE (Facility Management Real Estate) Standort Funktion gegenüber den verschiedenen Interessensgruppen, um operative und strategische Unternehmens- und Funktionsziele unter Einhaltung der relevanten Vorschriften zu erreichen. Koordination der FMRE Ressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle FMRE-Aktivitäten kosten-, qualitätsund termingerecht ausgeführt werden.
Das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

  • Projekt Manager für Lighthouse Projekt "Verkehrsfluss und -sicherheit" am Standort Manching
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von nationalen Preisprüfungen im Bereich Facility Management
  • Planung und Management der Projekte im Rahmen "Strategische Gebäudesanierung" bis zur Übergabe an den durchführenden Bereich
  • Verantwortung für die Planung der Abschreibungen von CAPEX Projekten in SAP LM3 für FM Manching
  • Verantwortung für Master Daten im Planungsprozess, Controlling und Reporting der CAPEX/OPEX Projekte (Project Master Plan - MPR)
  • Facility Management Schnittstelle zur Strategischen Standortentwicklungsplanung (ISDP) und Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Führung des Verbesserungsprojekts "Establishment of guidance for financial handling of OPEX/CAPEX" in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Führung des Verbesserungsprojekts "Handling of service requests" (Planungsanfragen): Etablierungs eines E2E Prozesses
  • Verantwortung für das Management von "Service requests" (Planungsanfragen)

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang oder Bauingenieurwesens
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Erfahrung im Bereich Datenmanagement und Reporting ist ein Muss
  • Idealerweise ist eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement vorhanden
  • IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Suite sollte vorhanden sein
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. versiert

TASK

Focus of the department: Representation of the FMRE (Facility Management Real Estate) location function to the various interest groups in order to achieve operational and strategic corporate and functional goals in compliance with the relevant regulations. Coordination of FMRE resources to ensure that all FMRE activities are carried out on time, within budget and with quality.
The area of ??responsibility is divided in detail as follows:

  • Project Manager for Lighthouse Project "Traffic Flow and Safety" at the Manching site
  • Preparation and implementation of national price audits in the area of ??facility management
  • Planning and management of projects within the framework of "Strategic Building Renovation" until handover to the implementing department
  • Responsibility for planning the depreciation of CAPEX projects in SAP LM3 for FM Manching
  • Responsibility for master data in the planning process, controlling and reporting of CAPEX/OPEX projects (Project Master Plan - MPR)
  • Facility management interface to strategic site development planning (ISDP) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Management of the improvement project "Establishment of guidance for financial handling of OPEX/CAPEX" in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors)
  • Management of the improvement project "Handling of service requests": Establishment of an E2E process
  • Responsibility for the management of "service requests" (planning requests)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Study of industrial engineering at least a master's / diploma course or civil engineering
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Good experience in data management and reporting is a must
  • Ideally, further training in project management is available
  • IT: MS Office at least detailed specialist knowledge, SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions, experience in using Google Suite should be available
  • Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least proficient
